Behavior:
You navigate to Web Client, expecting to see the login screen, instead you are presented with the below image.
Solution:
There are a few possible solutions for this issue, please see below:
Issue with IIS
- Gain access to your DocuWare Server
- Hit the Start Button
- Open a Command Prompt as an Administrator
- Type IISRESET (This will restart IIS causing a temporary outage of the Web Client)
Issues with Browser Security Rights
- Open Internet Explorer
- Select the Gear Wheel in the upper right hand corner of the browser
- Select Compatibility View Settings
- Add the DocuWare Website URL under Add this website:
