Behavior:
You have defined in Docuware Cloud Web Portal that files uploaded via FTP are automatically moved into a specific web basket. But the documents are not moved from FTP folder to the web basket.
Solution:
Possible cause: The password of your DocuWare user was changed and not adapted for FTP Upload or there was noDocuWare user and password defined for the upload of the documents yet.
Please enter the correct credentials of an existing DocuWare user. If should have already done this before and it is still not working please enter the correct password of this user again.
