We have a prospect who want to buy Docuware Cloud. However they have a Citrix and Powerfuse environment. I know from the past Docuware doesn't work on this kind of environment. Reading documents and simple storing does work, but editing of documents does not work. When you save the document it often just dissapears.
Anyone have some tips or experience with Citrix/Powerfuse and Docuware.
Any help is welcome, we want to get this new customer to use Docuware.
