Behavior:
After installing Connect to Outlook the following messages occurs during the startup of Outlook:
- Object reference not set to an object instance
- The access to the path [Filename].pdf is denied
Also the following message appears:
DocuWare Connect to Outlook Addin Module error: the add-in has fired an exception
Solution:
If you get this message(s), please check in the temp path of Connect To Outlook if there are any files:
(C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\DWC2O)
If you find files in the temp path you have to delete them. After deleting the files restart Outlook and the messages should not appear anymore.
