Behavior:
When opening COLD documents a message is displayed:
No data found for COLD path ..
Solution:
During the setup the file "docuware.ini" was not created in c:\Windows and this file is required for COLD file cabinet in DocuWare 4. Please create the required docuware.ini (text file). This file must contain at least these entries with the appropriate paths for your system:

COLDViewer=C:\WINDOWS\notepad.exe
COLDPath=E:\DocuWare\Local\COLD\
Protocol=E:\DocuWare\Local\COLD\Coldread.log
The most important entry is the COLDPath here. It specifies the path, where to find the form files.
