After changing something on the DocuWare system. (e.g. upgrading DocuWare to a newer version) Intelligent Indexing does not work.
Your recieve the following error.
"Error while indexing. No index from Intelligent Indexing Service for the document in basket. An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details."
Check the Modelspace name in the Intelligent Indexing XML file.
Open the XML file and search the tag <ModelspaceName>. If you find the entry "EU" you need to download a new XML file from our portal/website https://www.docuware.com or ask your DocuWare Partner to do so.
