Registering to www.docuware.com has many benefits. It will give you access to your organization information, be able download license, access to forum, and create support requests. You will need the following information:
- Your own email address - DocuWare System Number (you can find this information in the software (Info --> about))
- Email address of your System Administrator (you can find this information in the software (Info --> about))
Here is a quick sample registration guide.
- From our home page, www.docuware.com, click on the icon.
Next, click on the Register button.
- Enter your email address and click "Create new account"
- Enter your Subscription Number (system number) and email address of the System Administrator and then click “Create new account”.
- You will get an message to acknowledge the registration
- In your email inbox, your will receive an email similar the one listed below. Click in the hyperlink to confirm the registration.
- Once clicked in the hyperlink, you will be forwarded to reset password page in www.docuware.com.
- Finally, set a password for your account and you are ready to access the DocuWare resources (download license (if sys admin has given you rights), your profile information, forum, and create support request).
