Question:
Why are Concurrent Licenses shown as .5 available? And why can they not be converted to Named Licenses?
Solution:
This occurs when a previously created named license has been deleted causing there to be an odd number of named licenses and a .5 value for concurrent license.
To fix this, do the following:
- Take note of the user of any Named License.
- Click the "X" to the right of the named license from Step 1. This will bring your Concurrent License count to a whole number.
- Click the ellipses ("...") next to concurrent licenses.
- You will now be able to split a full concurrent to 2 named licenses.
- If necessary, add the original user from Step 1 to one of the named licenses again.
