Behavior:
You would like to copy over a DocuWare file cabinet storage location from an older version of DocuWare to a newer version of DocuWare. Then run a restore workflow, copying the xml data over to the DocuWare database.
Solution:
The DocuWare file cabinet storage location structure, including the document xmls, have not changed since DocuWare 6.0. Meaning you can copy over a file cabinet storage location from a 6.x DocuWare system to a 6.11, or higher DocuWare system and run a Restore workflow, restoring the documents xml data into the new DocuWare system.
