Finding users in the Database
A customer with an on premises system and a site license and many users would like to see how many of the users are actually active and using DocuWare. Does anyone have or know of an SQL query that would list all of the users from the database along with their last login date?
Current version is 6.12 on premises using MS SQL.
Any other suggestions or methods of accomplishing this are appreciated as well.

Version 7.4 on premises system requirements
In some documentation it states that Windows Server 2012 is no longer supported in version 7.4. in other documentations it states that Server 2012 is supported for clients only, not servers, but this restriction is not listed for Server 2012 R2.
I have a customer running v6.12 on Windows Server 2012 R2 on premises. Can this system be upgraded to v7.4 without changing or upgrading to a newer version of Windows?

user deleted with workflow tasks still assigned
A user was deleted with workflow tasks still assigned. The task threw an error and an email was received by all of the workflow's controllers, and the task assigned to them. This seems perfectly logical and I assume this is the default behavior.
However, some other users also received this same email, who are not controllers in this workflow. End user reporting this issue is using v7.1. I have looked through the Minor Update docs but see no mention of this as a bug that has been fixed.
Has anyone else heard of this behavior?

User Conference videos
Are there any recordings of the sessions from the May 2021 user conference available for end users who missed the conference? -
Updating a second document
Is it possible now, in version 7.4, to update a document in a second file cabinet, from a workflow?
That is, finding the PO in the PO File Cabinet, for an invoice in the Invoice File Cabinet for example, and then changing the status of the PO to 'Invoice Received' (or the like) from the Invoice workflow?

Workflow License permissions
Does a user assigned a Workflow license have the ability to Clip a document to another document within a workflow task?
Can a user assigned to a Workflow License fill out and store a Form that then triggers a workflow? -
Email notifications fail after updates
A user of a cloud system has several email notifications configured. He notices that these notifications fail to trigger after a cloud Desktop Apps update is pushed out. Once the end user's PC has been updated the notifications resume as designed.
This is a problem as the security at this organization prohibits end users from installing the update and the IT staff must respond to each instance.
Has anyone else seen this happen? Any workarounds available?

Simple conditions are not supported
When adding a decimal field type to a file cabinet I received a "Simple conditions are not supported" error and the field was removed. I have never seen this before.
Any clues appreciated. -
Upgrade path from 6.12 to 7.3
In KB-34774 it appears that we can upgrade from 6.12 to 7.1 and then to 7.3 (or 7.4 if we wait a little while).
Do I understand this correctly? I was under the impression that we had to go to 7.0 from 6.12. -
RE: UTC instead of local
Upon further investigation it appears that the correct local time is used when the stamp is first applied. However when the document is reviewed later, 5 hours has been added to the previously stamped time. As the user is in EST that makes the new time UTC.
