Good afternoon, I'm trying to learn how to set up a signature system, and I know that there's a User Guide that explains how to do so for the customer demo. Does anyone have a link to the document?

Do you mean "Install Desktop Apps"? Yes, I've downloaded that setup and reinstalled through that.

I'm getting this error when trying to open Workflow Designer. I have Desktop Apps installed and connected (recently checked), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Workflow Designer in ClientSetup.exe, I've checked for an update prompt within ClientSetup.exe and I've gone into Desktop Apps and can't find any prompt or menu to update the Workflow Designer from there.

Any ideas?

I'm using an Autoindex to kick off a workflow, the reason is because I want the to send an email/notice when a date is within the next month but I need the system to know not to run the Workflow every time the Autoindex is run, which will be every day. The trigger conditions for the workflow are if the index entries of the document were changed and "For new documents". 

If All of the following conditions before index modification is/are fulfilled

Document Type                       Equals                      Placebo
Status                                      Does Not Equal        Expiring

If All of the following conditions after index modification is/are fulfilled
Document Type                       Equals                      Placebo
Status                                      Equals                      Expiring

The Autoindex appears to be working, because I leave the Status field blank when storing the document, and when I run the Autoindex, the Status field says "Expiring", which is what I've set the Autoindex to do when a date field is within the next month, but the document has no workflow history.

Any ideas as to why this workflow isn't triggering?

Inputting the URL takes me to the page and I'm signed in successfully, however, this is only if you enter the URL, it won't work if you simply click a bookmark or favourite

I just need to know if you can add 60 months to a DateTime variable using an arithmetic expression and what that expression is.

Also, I know there used to be a large documentation of all the known DocuWare expressions, but I've lost the link for it. Anyone have it?

I'm trying to create a Time Delay that hopefully waits until the current date is the same as the one in a Refresher Date Global Variable before continuing the workflow. Even though I have the Global Variable set up including an Assign Data step, I'm getting an error in the Time Delay that won't let me select any Global Variables

I'm using Google Chrome, and I've tried refreshing the page, it simply remains on the same page. When I click on the bookmark again, I am taken to the login page

I've restarted my system as the first step, and when looking up other instances of this issue, I found a similar one for accessing the Configurations page that was apparently solved by syncing your system's time in the "Date and Time" settings. I tried this and it hasn't solved the issue for me. Any ideas?

Ah, ok. So the functionality isn't currently in DocuWare, but will be in a future update? Thanks
