in our organisation we need to use the notification option because there are some employees that seldom get tasks in Docuware and are therefore in need of a remember email.
I'm able to create a new notification but I haven't been successful in building one that only sends a message if it's only for one user and not a whole group.
Do you have any ideas how to create a notification that could fulfill our needs?
Especially the management doesn't want to frequently receive an email if there's a task that's not even for them.
I'd be happy about some ideas,
