Hello, 

I have problem with docuware date.

Yesterday i had date format like that :2018-08-22

Now i have this format  06.07.2018.

I can't import documents from docuware online to my workflow system because date format was changed in all field with date

How can i change date format to old format ?

In my organization we have a proxy server, and i have issue because i can't connect docuware desktop with docuware server. 

Do you  know how i can configuration proxy server in client ? 

I know that in docuware folder is file with config 

DocuWare.Desktop.exe.config and this file have a seciton like : 

<system.net>
        <defaultProxy useDefaultCredentials="true"/>
    <proxy autoDetect="true"></proxy>
</system.net>

Maybe i should any modification this file ?

I have one field in docuware where i would like to create auto increment. 
How can i do it ? 
I would like to make something like:
Prefix + number document 
CP01
CP02 
CP02 

I have connect docuware with outlook and i want create this increment only for "connect to outlook module"  

In attachment you can see what i want to do, can you help me ?

I have in docuware "Register number" field. 

Person with register the paper invoices, give for this invoices numer like : 
CP10000xx for example : CP1000089 it's metric for invoice. 

This metric is sent to the docuware in "Register number" field.

Now, prepares fo the company e-invoice and i would like to separate paper invoice from e-invoice.

I would like to e-invoice to have new numbers CP1000xxE and for the paper invoice old numbers CP1000xx 

is it posible ?

Is it possible that read more than one attachment?

I have added one mail box to docuware online faktury.cp@....com 

It's email account to the invoices, i would like to take only attachment from email message with invoices to the docuware and read OCR.
How can i do that ?
