I can't seem to find documentation on Workflow tasks "maintenance mode" - the context menu option when monitoring a task. 

Can someone point me in the right direction.

Thank you for the replies. It looks like the users system had excel stuck in the background hogging up resources, after force closing it printing speeds returned to normal.

Thanks for the quick reply. This document is just two pages, but on one particular system it is taking 2+ minutes to process. 

We have users reporting slow processing of files through docuware printer and in order to troubleshoot any system problems, we were wondering where processing of docuware documents are done (locally or in our cloud instance) and if there is anything we can do to improve performance. 

Is it possible to fill out and submit a Docuware Form using REST api ? 

I've been looking through documentation and can't seem to find anything, figured I'd give the forum a try. Thanks.
