I have a workflow configuration that I would like to use in another file cabinet, when I copy the configuration it greys out the file cabinet, is there a way to copy a cofiguration and use in a different file cabinet than the one is was created in?
I created a PO Form that uses automatic numbering, after testing and verifying everything works ok, the customer want to reset the automatic numbering to a value, I go into the dialog but the values are greyed out for start value and next value. Where do I change this?

I have a customer on version 7 and created a new form. The public form value shows "No" and when I launch the link from a employee desktop it is asking for DW credentials, they are not a DocuWare user. How do I make this a public form so users can submit it that are not DocuWare users?
I am completing a form that has a drop down external select list containing the ship to address, the user picks the appropriate address and then hits submit, but the complete address does not appear on the completed form, it gets cutoff, how can I get the text to wrap around when mapping it onto the form. Right now it gets cutoff or should I be defining the select list a different way, currently it is one line with all the ship to address information.
I am planning on upgrading a current customer from 6.12 to 7, what documentation exists that will ensure that the upgrade is successful? Are there any known issues with doing this upgrade that I need to be aware of?
