  • Archivübergreifende Suche mit unterschiedlichen Feldern

    entschuldigen Sie bitte die späte Antwort.
    Wir sind uns nicht sicher in wie fern das Thema noch relevant ist aber ich wollte
    dennoch sichergehen das Ihnen durch meine Antwort eventuell geholfen wird.

    Bezüglich Ihrer Anfrage:

    Eine Suche über Mehrere Archive wie in Ihrem Fall beschrieben ist möglich.
    Voraussetzung hierfür ist das die Felder über die Sie suchen in beiden Archiven zur Verfügung steht.

    Sie müssten also Indexfelder A, B, C, D, und E in beiden Archiven haben. Dann können Sie übergreifend suchen.
    Wenn Sie die Felder nicht in beiden Archiven haben möchten, können Sie leider nur über Volltext übergreifend suchen.

    your request is covered.

    regarding your question:

    i can confirm that this is not possible.

    DATE and DATETIME fields cannot be used as a match code by design.

    However, you can use them as Index Filter and Index replacement

    regarding your question:

    we have just checked the behavior and were trying to reproduce the situation
    but couldn't make it fault.

    have you checked the behavior in different browsers? 
    maybe a browser add in is blocking the operation somehow.

    one thing you could do would be to restart your IIS and reset the MSMQ:

    otherwise you could create a support request for our software support team if you need further assistance.

    anyhow: updating to the latest service pack is always advisable if your using an on premises installation.

    you can use our DocuWare Autoindex Workflow function to archive a separation of invoice numbers.

    You would need to know a good match code in order to sort out the E-invoices and regular invoices.
    Then you could let Autoindex do the work for you and set the appropriate value.

  • Document Tray - Convenient Document Ordering

    we are not sure if this case is still current for you but we wanted to make sure that
    your request is covered.

    regarding your question:

    We have three different kinds of viewing mechanisms:
    Table view, Thumbnail view and Index cards view.
    Thumbnail view is the only view suitable in this situation as far as I can tell.

    We fully understand your situation but didn’t had quite the use case for that yet.
    The size is bound to your system resolution and scaling settings.

    You could change the zoom level within your browser to enhance the view (ctrl + mouse wheel up)
    But that seems to be a odd way of solving an issue. But could be a quick workaround.

    I’m not sure if you have the possibility to do so but you could arrange document names as they would
    appear as page numbers, like Document_Inquiery_01, Document_Inquiery_02, Document_Inquiery_03 and so on.

    Hopefuly this FAQ article can shed some light into sorting within the document tray.

    Bezüglich Ihrer Anfrage

    Der sogenannte "LIKE" Operator bei MSSQL funktioniert in Ihrem Beispiel wie folgt:
    ...
    WHERE DOCPOOL_DOCPO00_KST_LISTE.DWKEYWORD LIKE '1%'

    Der Prozentoperator wird als wildcard für eine beliebige anzahl an Zeichen verwendet.
    Sollte die Anzahl der Zeichen begrenzt sein, also z.B. insgesamt 6 Zeichen können
    sie mit dem Fragezeichenoperator arbeiten: LIKE '1?????'.

    regarding your question:
    i had a deep look into our records if we had any comparable support request but couldnt find anything.

    DocuWare does not manipulate documents what so ever.
    Question is if the adobe plugin or software has to be updated and if other browsers are giving the 
    same error.
    It would be a DocuWare problem if the document couldnt be viewed in the webviewer.

  • Kerberos Authentication

    we are not sure if this case is still current for you but we wanted to make sure that
    your request is covered.

    regarding your question:

    the FAQ article describes all needed steps to enable Kerberos authentication.

    most common reason that it's still not working could be:
    - services haven’t been restarted properly
    - a server is missing the authentication method
    - your network and server configuration does not support Kerberos only
    - it is already working since communication channels have been set to Kerberos
    - have you unchecked "Enable Integrated Windows Authentication" in Internet options - Advanced Tab?

    if you still encounter any problems you could open up a support request for software support.
