Possible to Increase Password Reset Email Link Expiration Timeout?

Greetings.

Is there a way to increase the length of time that the links sent out for password resets from within Docuware are good?  Our system currently seems to be set to 60, possibly even just 30, minutes, which is far too short.

This is for Docuware 7.1.

Hello Chris,

for on-premise systems, you can change this timeout, yes. The maximum is 24 hours.
However, I do not remember where to change this - it was in some configuration file on your frontend server, I recommend asking DW Support about this.
