Hello, im trying to create an autoindex process, so far i've follow the steps listed here https://support.docuware.com/en-us/knowledgebase/article/KBA-36340 refering to a simple autoindex, without schedules, an coming from a external database but it seems something is off since it's not working.
the main idea is to get 2 keywords fro document processing and match those with the autoindex so it pull the rest of the keywords from a database (in another machine, not locally) as i said i follow the steps from the link but still can't make it work
