DocuWare online - mail configuration-1515599529

Hello,

I have added one mail box to docuware online faktury.cp@....com 

It's email account to the invoices, i would like to take only attachment from email message with invoices to the docuware and read OCR.
How can i do that ?

My suggestion would be a Connect to Mail configuration that is set to grab attachments from emails that come in to that mailbox. Setup a connection to your email under the System > Mail Services configuration page, then add the specific email account under the Integrations > Connect to Mail configuration page: this is also where you configure the settings such as whether or not to store the attachment as well as any fixed index entries.

I changed save format option from PDF to EML and now everything work well.

I have one more question.

Sometimes i have more than one attachment in mail message.

Is it possible that read more than one attachment? 

Yes, in my test 6.12 system you can select as many attachments as you'd like and store them.
