We have an On Premis installation which is using Intellix in the cloud. 

If I change this to be On Premis Intellix as well is it possible to change it back to cloud intellix if we find it is too slow.

If it is possible how easy is it to do.

The switch from Intelligent Indexing Cloud to Intelligent Indexing On-Premises itself should be as easy as setting up the Intelligent Indexing connection with the updated XML file. Same goes for the other way around.

Please note, though, that any information that is stored in the Cloud cannot be taken over to the on-premises version, so you or the customer will need to start from scratch when it comes to Intelligent Indexing. Additionally, Intelligent Indexing Cloud provides a number of additional features which are not present in the on-premises install, so it will behave differently from what you or the customer might be used to.
