Behavior:
DocuWare 5 mode baskets, stored in a network path, change their mode to DocuWare 4 mode. The appearance of the baskets differs between the clients.

Solution:
If the DocuWare client cannot read the basket.ini or finds only DocuWare 4 TIFFs in the basket, it assumes, that the basket is a DocuWare 4 one.

  • Please delete all dead files on explorer level in the basket folder
  • Check file access rights for the Windows users
  • If the network path is stored on a Windows XP SP2, the TCP/IP connections are limited to 10 per second. This blocks the access to the baskets.
