It could happen that some PDFs can not be displayed correctly. In this case you can try to use another display toolkit for the Imaging Server.


  • Open the program folder of the Imaging Server
  • Open the folder "Instances"
  • Open the settings-file for the Imaging Server. If you have more Imagaing Server installed on this server there are multiple setting files. The change has to be done in each setting file.
  • Add to the section <appSettings> the following row.

          <add key="UseTallComponents" value="on" />

  •   Restart the Imaging Server

The toolkit "TallComponents" was removed with DocuWare version 6.5.
