Behavior:
Although a SmartSearch has been configured to start with a hotkey combination it does not work. The Smart Connect configuration itself is working, because it can be started from the Smart Connect rumtime client, but the hotkey is not.
Solution:
Check whether any other application uses hotkeys. This might affect Smart Connect so that it is not working with hotkeys. A known example for this is the Nvidia nView Desktop Manager.
