Behavior:

You are using values from the Microsoft Outlook Contacts in the Connect To Outlook configuration. But if you store a email that fields will not filled.


Solution:

If you are using Office 365 it happend that the name of the email-sender could not resolved with the address book. Following might help:

  • Download the global addressbook to your local computer (Send/Receive > Send/Receive groups > download addressbook)
  • If only individual contacts are affected, invoke a synchronization. Do do that open the contact, do some changes in an arbitrarily field and save it.
