Behavior:
Smart Connect button in an application cannot display characters in Arabic charset. The characters are displayed as question marks or unknown characters.

Solution:
This is due to a OS setting. In order to display the correct charset, go to Control Panel>Region and Language>Administrative>Change system locale (current language for non-Unicode programs).
