Behavior:
With DocuWare version 6.7 we introduced a change in processing of Fulltext tasks.
The former used table TASK_PROCESS in DWDATA database does still exist but is not used anymore.
We introduced a new table named DWTASKS in DWSYSTEM database. All tasks inside TASK_PROCESS table that were existing before the upgrade are not moved to the new table and are therefore not processed.
Solution:
Please use Fulltext Reset function to start indexing of the missing documents. In most cases the default reset option "Reindex not processed or failed documents" is the correct choice.
The new tasks are created an processed in table DWTASKS.
