What can i do, if i have Problems with exporting/emailing to PDF, with the Fortis Printer?
Answer:
If you are experiencing problems exporting or emailing a PDF i.e. PDF’s are stuck in the printer spool, the program just hangs when attempting to export or the PDF never gets created, please attempt the following fix.
1. Right-Click on the printer and select Printer Properties.
2. Select the Ports tab
3. Click Add Port…
4. Select Local Port and New Port…
5. Enter the following (it’s case sensitive) – NUL
6. Hit OK and close out of any windows.
