In order to open more than one document at the same time in Fortis you need to “pin” each document you want to remain open. To pin a document:

- Open the document you wish to keep open.
- Select the Window drop down.
- Select Pin Up to keep that document displayed.
- You can now open and pin as many documents as you wish.
