Behavior:
When attempting to move from SQL 2008 to SQL 2012 (as part of a Fortis or FortisBlue upgrade), the following error message appears:

Solution:
The fix for this issue is to download SP2 for SQL. Use the following link and select the 32-bit version (Fortis and FortisBlue are both 32-bit applications).
