Behavior:
Error message "Invalid cursor state. No Archive with sufficient free space for this document was found." when importing/scanning into a database in Fortis.

Solution:
This issue is usually caused by one of the following:

  1. There is not enough space on the drive where the Archive Path for the folder/database is located.
  2. The archive path is invalid. This could be caused by an issue browsing to the path (it could be an old server name that has not been updated).
  3. It could be a permissions issue on the share/folder for the archive path.
