Behavior:
Import Failed for both Inbox & Database

Solution:
If you are seeing an Import Failed error while you are importing documents into either the Inbox or Database do the following:

  1. On the FortisBlue server go to IIS and on the FortisBlue site level go to "Handler Mappings"
  2. 2. On the right pane select "Add Script Maps..." and add the following script with the following values:​​​
    *Request path: - *.ashx
    *Executable : %windir%\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet.isapi.dll
    *Name - SimpleHandlerFactory-ISAPI-2.0
