Behavior:
Under certain circumstances it can happen that the splitting of documents is producing the following error message:
The Seperation of the input document was aborted. DocumentContent page count differs from document page count. ---> System.ArgumentException: DocumentContent page count differs from document page count.
Solution:
To resolve this behavior, please proceed as follows:
- Make a backup of the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Desktop\DesktopOcr.settings"
- Open it and search for the parameterMaxCount="-1"
- Change its value to the actual number of CPU cores
- Save the changes
- Restart the service DocuWare Desktop Service
Now the import should be working correctly again.
