How to Enable Extended Logging for Kofax Connector for Fortis 2.X
Answer:
Add the following registry key if it doesn’t exist, on to the machine running Kofax. It will give us more information in the WTIFoRel.log which is located in the WTI connector folder.
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Westbrook Technologies\WTIFORel
Variable: LogInformation REG_DWORD 1 (set to 0 will turn off)
