Issue:
In some instances while attempting to upgrade DocuWare Desktop Apps the operation fails.
The windows user may not have local admin rights on the workstation or there is a group policy that prevents executables from downloading. 

Solution: 
Try to run the Desktop Apps Silent Upgrade using ClientSetupCMD please follow:/knowledgebase/article/KBA-4264
For DW Cloud please follow:/knowledgebase/article/KBA-4500
