Do I have the latest version of Desktop Apps installed?
In DocuWare Cloud system updates are rolled out in regular intervalls. This includes hotfixes asa well as new versions.Once a day DocuWare Update checks if there are new versions available. In the system tray a yellow DocuWare icon (DocuWare Update) appears as soon there is an update available. Double clicking starts the update now.
If DocuWare Update was disabled on your client you can manually check for updates by right click on the blue DocuWare Desktop App icon > "Check for Updates".
If you want to know which DocuWare version is installed check the Windows Program and Features.
Goto Control Panel > Programs > Program and Features. In column "Version" you can see the installed version.
