Why is "Send and Store" not working?
Solution:
Send and Store monitors the folders "Sent Items" and "Deleted Items" of your personal inbox. If your sent mails are stored into another folder or in the "Sent/Delete Items"-folder of another inbox, the button won't work because Connect to Outlook can only monitors items inside your inbox.
