How to opt-in for the DocuWare Cloud 7.2 Update?

In order not to influence your year-end business, DocuWare Version 7.2 will not be rolled out for existing cloud systems until 2020.
If you would like to benefit from the new features at short notice, you are welcome to choose an update already this year.

1. Decide for one of the following update dates:

   November 11th 2019	Monday
   November 12th 2019	Tuesday
   November 17th 2019	Sunday
   November 18th 2019	Monday
   November 19th 2019	Tuesday

   
   Estimated organization downtime while update:
   EMEA: 10pm - 5am (CET)
   USA: 11pm - 5am (EDT)
    
2. Report a new Support Request in our Support Portal
   If you are not sure how to report a new Support Request in the Support Portal you can find additional information in this Knowledge Base Article. Please create a new Support Request in our Support Portal and add the preferred update date to the decsription of the request.
    
3. Receive confirmation from DocuWare Support Team
   The DocuWare Support Team will get in contact with you to double-check the update date and to finally confirm it.
