Behavior:
When trying to store using Connect to Outlook, you get the error message,

"The function cannot be performed because the message has been changed"

Solution:
This issue is a general Outlook issue where the following can be tried in order to address this.

  1.  In Outlook, click on File > Options > Mail.
  2. Scroll down to "Conversation Clean Up"
  3. Uncheck "When a reply modified a message, don't move the original."

Once the change has been made, restart Outlook then try storing again.
