Behavior:
After exporting a result list from DocuWare, the CSV file opens in Excel, but it is comma delimited and not semi colon delimited.
Solution:
By default, Excel uses the list separator defined under regional settings in Control Panel. The US English version of Excel uses a comma (,) for list separator by default, while other international versions may use a semicolon (;).
If you wish to change these settings to use semicolon as the default delimiter you can use the following article: How to Change Regional Settings for Excel Delimiter.
After following the article, you'll need to close and open Excel for the changes to take effect.
