Question:
Is it possible to use DocuWare Credentials when Single Sign-On is enforced?
Answer:
This can be done by adding users to the single sign-on exclusion list. To exclude these users from having to use single sign-on, please refer to the following guide:
- From the Configurations page, select the Organizations Settings plugin, and select the Security tab.
- In your single sign-on configuration, add the users to the list under "Exclude users from this policy."
Users on this list will be able to use their DocuWare credentials even if a single sign-on has been enforced for all users.
