How can I participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP)?
Answer:
The Customer Experience Improvement Program can be enabled when upgrading or installing DocuWare (applicable for on-premise), or via the check box in the Organization Settings plugin (applicable to Cloud).
You can also end your participation via the same checkbox in the Organization Settings plugin if you wish to do so.
KBA is applicable for both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
