Behavior:
When attempting to install DocuWare, you receive the following error message;
 
"A newer version of DocuWare is already installed"



Answer:
This issue often occurs when there is a newer server setup version installed on the machine. This issue can be resolved by going to the control panel and uninstalling "DocuWare Server Setup."
