Behavior:
When attempting to store a document via an import job, the following error is shown, and the document is not stored in the intended location;

"The document has been stored into the Inbox because an error occured."

Solution:
This error occurs when the user running the import job does not have the proper permissions to the Document Tray or the File cabinet the import job is attempting to store. To resolve this, ensure that the user has "Use" rights for the intended Document Tray or has "Read" and "Edit" rights for the intended File cabinet. Once these permissions have been given, the import job will route the imported documents to their intended location without error.
