When attempting to send a document via the "Get document link" option, the option does not appear in my Document Tray.

Answer:
By product design, DocuWare will generate a document link for a document once it has been stored in a file cabinet. The "Get document link" feature will not become available in a Document Tray since a document link has not yet been created for that file. It is recommended to utilize the Share by email option to send the desired document from a Document Tray.
