Our documents with Barcodes or QR Codes with fewer than two characters can't be detected by one-click indexing or indexed via Document Processing in DocuWare. For instance, a barcode with a state abbreviation such as NY, CA, or VA is undetectable upon upload.

Answer:
By product design, all Barcodes/QR codes need a minimum length of three characters to be detected by DocuWare. Barcodes/QR codes shorter than this will not be recognized.
