Are Desktop Apps supported on systems using ARM Architecture?
Answer:
By product design, DocuWare Desktop Apps are not designed nor supported for ARM systems. Using DocuWare Desktop Apps with ARM-based Windows systems will result in problems using the DocuWare printer and malfunctions in the Windows Explorer Client.
KBA is applicable for both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
