Behavior:
When downloading a PDF from the DocuWare Web Client, using "Download as PDF with all annotations" or "Download as PDF without annotations", the bookmarks created for the PDF are removed when opening the documents using Adobe.
 
Solution:
By product design, downloading documents via "Download as PDF with all annotations" or "Download as PDF without annotations" will generate a new PDF that does not contain non-content elements such as bookmarks. To download a PDF and keep the bookmarks, the PDF must be downloaded in the original format.
