Behavior:
When attempting to run or delete an Autoindex job, you receive the following error in the top right corner:

Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'servername'

Solution:
This behavior may have occurred due to mismatching URLs within the dwmachine.config file (found in C:\ProgramData\DocuWare\ServerConfig).
To resolve this, ensure that the LocalWebServices value in the dwmachine.config is set to the same URL as the HTTP root directory of the Web Connection in DocuWare Administration.




Note: Do not change the HTTP Root Directory; only edit the value in the dwmachine.config.

Once the URL in the dwmachine.config has been changed, save the changes, perform an iisreset, and reattempt to run or delete the Autoindex.
