As a DocuWare Partner, how do I obtain a license file for my customer? 
 
Answer: 
With the discontinuation of the Partner Portal, Authorized DocuWare Providers (ADPs) can obtain their customer's license files from My Business. Navigate to Customers and Prospects > Subscriptions > Click on the Customer > Downloads, then select the version of the DocuWare license file needed. 
 
ADPs need to have Management rights to download the license file. Please review KBA-37016 to learn more about My Business portal rights.
