Can a System Administrator modify a DocuWare user password?
Solution:
For security reasons, system administrators are no longer allowed to change users' passwords. However, the system admin can send an email to a user, which would then give them the ability to change their password. Please refer to the following guide on how this can be done;

- Navigate to the Configuration page, which can be accessed using the dropdown next to your username.
- Next, click on the User Management plugin to access the list of users.
- Select the user whose password needs to be reset and click Send email to User. This will send an email to the user's email address requesting that they reset their password.
